This work is ready to hang with or without a frame. Hold Tight was completed on return from a trip home to Australia (it was fall there). I longed for the beautiful saturated colors of our summer flowers. Out I went for my hikes upon return picking wildflowers with their delicate stems. I gathered them tight so their small heads formed a circle of sorts. While I love a bouquet there is another meaning more important to pass along to myself. I need to hold onto the delicate quality of our world, respecting all that I love holding it tight at the center.
