The weather in New England winters are tough for me to endure. On the positive side, being forced to stay indoors brings lots of opportunity to gather for lunch or coffee with friends when I'm not in the studio. These dates are precious moments of sharing our souls and dreams. My painting is about those interactions with friends, partifularly in winter.
