The work is part of a diptych (44x22) but may be purchased alone (22x22). It is about the slow unravelling of spring after the long winter. I am inspired by the softness of spring greens and also by the many shades of purple that early flowers display. I consider this work and the triptych to be more of a gentle sweet poem to the arrival of spring.
